DC releases Publications highlighting Socio-economic profile of Kathua District

Kathua: Deputy Commissioner Kathua O.P. Bhagat today released two vital publications – Village Amenity Directory (2019-2020) and District at a Glance (2019-2020). here at DC office complex.

The Village Amenity Directory (2019-2020) contains detailed data of basic amenities at the village level whereas District at Glance (2019-20) consists of a detailed profile of the developmental activities of the District Kathua.

DSEO Kathua Ranjeet Thakur, Assistant Director (E&S) Sidharth Anand and Poonam Jasrotia (S.A.) attended the release ceremony.

The DC hailed the efforts of DSEO Office Kathua which is Nodal Agency for collection, compilation and dissemination of important statistical data in the District and stressed on improvement of these publications in future with regular updation and wide coverage so that data shall be used by all the stakeholders like policy makers, planners, students and researchers etc.
