DC Samba launches Mobile apps E-Samadhan and E-Dainiki to strengthen e-governance setup
Samba: Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta today launched two mobile apps E-Samadhan and E-Dainiki to strengthen the public grievances redressal mechanism and bring in digital transparency in the government transactions, here at an event.
Sanjeev Kapoor, District Informatics Officer Samba, gave a detailed presentation regarding function of E-Samadhan Mobile app, which facilitae public grievances redressal, SDRF compensation, Land compensation and that of e-Dainiki including management of daily routines, assignments, tours of government officers.
The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the team of NIC for developing the mobile apps which will not only help government officers to manage their daily routines but also strengthen the e-governance setup. The e-samadhan app is a citizen friendly app through which any individual can register her/his grievance. The DC laid emphasis on adding more services like complaints of encroachments, information about school dropouts etc.
She appealed to the general public to utilize the apps as it will bring transparency and accountability in working of government offices.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Suram Chand Sharma; Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Jitender Mishra; Chief Planning Officer, Sukhleen Kour besides ADIO and other team members of NIC Samba were also present.
