DDC Anantnag distributes laptops, tailoring machines among specially abled

Anantnag: In pursuance to its endeavor to help physically challenged persons to earn for their livelihood, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Anantnag, K.K. Sidha today distributed four more tailoring machines and three laptops among such deserving and enthusiastic persons.
While talking with beneficiaries, the DM said that the govt. is keen on providing all facilities to the persons with disabilities and district administration is also committed for their wellbeing and upliftment.
The DM advised the specially abled persons to overcome their shortcomings with dedication and will power and not let themselves slip in depression and hopelessness.
Among others Additional Deputy Commissioner Ghulam Hassan Sheikh and District Social Welfare Officer were present on the occasion.
