DDC Ganderbal kick starts two-day training programme on Registration Procedure and Process
Ganderbal: District Development Commissioner, Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal in presence of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mohammad Yousuf Wani today kick started two-day training program on Registration Procedure and Process.
The training programme was organized by J&K State Judicial Academy High Court of Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with District Administration Ganderbal for the registration of Registrars, Sub-registrars and allied staff of District Ganderbal.
The training programme is aimed to sensitize newly appointed registrars and sub registrars in the district Ganderbal about the procedures and the provisions under the registration act 1908.
During the training programme the participants were sensitized about the procedures and provisions under the act for the smooth functioning of the job.
The introductory address on behalf of the Director Judicial Academy was given by Principal District and Sessions Judge while the inaugural address was given by Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal.
Senior District and Sessions Judge, Aijaz Ahmad Mir gave extensive lecture to the participant officers/officials as resource person and highlighted the provisions of the registration act 1908 with special focus on the procedures and the remedies under the act. The resource person also held interactive sessions with the participants.
The District Administration especially the newly appointed registering officers and their staff highly hailed the efforts of the State Judicial Academy for organizing the orientation programme.
The training programme was also attended by ADC Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, SDM Kangan and DIO Ganderbal.
