DDC Kulgam inspects developmental works; Stresses for timely completion of all works

Kulgam: The District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today inspected several developmental projects and took stock of pace and progress of these projects.

He inspected Chmabagund Kulgam Bridge where it was informed that the project will come up with an estimated cost of Rs. 32 crore and the bridge will benefit a vast population.

It was also given out that the project is under execution of R&B and is funded by the World Bank under, Jhelum Tawi Flood Recovery Project, (JTFRP).

The DDC stressed upon the concerned to maintain the pace of work and ensure timely completion of work projects.

Later the DDC also inspected the work project of the DC residential complex and directed the concerned officers of the Executing agency to scale up the pace and complete all works within the stipulated time.

Among others, the DDC during the visit was accompanied by Joint-Director Planning and other officers.
