DDC Rajouri chairs Rent Assessment Committee meet

Rajouri: District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan on Monday convened a meeting of the Rent Assessment Committee.

The DDC, who is also the chairman of the Rent Assessment Committee held a detailed discussion with the departments functioning from rented accommodations and with the owners of these buildings.

A total of 31 cases came under discussion which were pertaining to different departments running in private buildings including Civil Defence, Police, Health, Agriculture and others.

After a detailed deliberation, the committee approved 26 cases while rest were deferred.

The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Sher Singh; Additional SP, Liyaqat Chowdhury; SE PWD, Shahid Latief; PO ICDS, Kartar Singh; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Mohd Ashraf; District Social Welfare Officer, Wakeel Ahmed Bhatt and other concerned officers.
