Department of Cardiology Organizes Workshop on Complex Angioplasty

Aligarh : The Department of Cardiology recently hosted a specialized workshop on complex angioplasty procedures at its state-of-the-art cath lab. The workshop featured Dr. Omer Goktekin, a renowned cardiologist from Istanbul, Turkey, currently practicing at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital. Dr. Goktekin shared his expertise and innovative techniques in angioplasty, providing a valuable learning experience for attendees.

The workshop was attended by senior residents and faculty members, including Prof. Malik Azharuddin, who actively participated in the discussions. Prof. Asif Hasan, Chairman of the Department noted that interactions with international experts like Dr. Goktekin inspire us to advance our mission of establishing an Advanced Cardiac Centre at JNMC.
