Department of Home Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) organised an outreach activity

Aligarh : The Department of Home Science, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) organised an outreach activity as part of rural agricultural work experience for the students of M.Sc. first semester, under the guidance of Mrs. Zeba, Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science.

A skit (Nukkad Natak) on the theme “elimination of violence against women” was also staged to sensitize the women and adolescent girls and boys about the role of literacy in empowerment and making them aware of their rights.

The programme was held at the Wings of Desire (NGO) campus.

Dr. Saba Khan, Chairperson, Department of Home Science appreciated the teamwork and efforts of the organising team.
