Department of Physics to organise Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav Programme

Aligarh : The Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is organising an online programme on Monday, December 27, 2021, entitled “Contribution of Scientists in Freedom Struggle” that will be graced by Prof Ajit K Sinha (Ex Director, Inter University Consortium for DAE facilities, Indore) as chief guest; and Prof BR Behera, (Physics Department, Panjab University, Chandigarh) as guest speaker. The programme is part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, which will feature Prof BP Singh, Chairperson, Department of Physics, AMU and Prof Sajjad Athar also.

Prof Mohd Ashraf (Dean, Faculty of Science, AMU) will preside over the function.
