Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Haj Committee delivers lecture, gets felicitated

Aligarh : Dr Masroor Qureshi, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) alumnus and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Haj Committee of India, Ministry of Minority Affairs shared tips to sustain motivation during Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination preparation in a lecture followed by a felicitation ceremony at the Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College (AKTC), Faculty of Unani Medicine.

The Junior Doctors Association (JDA), AKTC organised the programme.

Dr Masroor called on students to serve the Country and fellow citizens by deploying talents to bring about great development and devising new, feasible ideas to eradicate deep-rooted problems.

He said: “The Haj Committee of India extends full support with coaching and guidance to civil services aspirants and that the Committee has also zeroed down on AMU for their search for talented students who can qualify the civil services exams”.

Dr Masroor urged the students to also apply for the positions of Haj Officers and Administrators.

Prof Shagufta Aleem (Principal, AKTC) spoke about Dr Masroor’s achievements and contributions during his erstwhile tenure as the Deputy Director, CCRUM Ministry of AYUSH.

Dr Nawalur Rehman Khan (President, JDA) delivered the welcome address and Shah Alam extended the vote of thanks. Azam conducted the programme.
