“Developing opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of reengineering and prototyping”

Representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of Karelia took part in the round table “Development of opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of reengineering and prototyping”.
The event took place in the IT-park of PetrSU.

The meeting was opened by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Industry of the Republic of Karelia A.V. Lomako.

We are faced with the task of creating a regional prototyping center. We want to understand business needs in order to build productive work in this direction, as well as have the opportunity for the region to apply for additional types of state support within the framework of the national project “Development of SMEs and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”

– Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexander Lomako said in his welcoming speech.

Director of JSC “Corporation for the Development of the Republic of Karelia” M.N. Kuvshinova congratulated all the participants in the meeting on the Day of Russian Entrepreneurs.

During the round table, an exchange of experience took place in the implementation of projects in this direction in various spheres of the economy and a discussion of various forms of interaction with organizations of business support infrastructure and Petrozavodsk State University.

Experts from small innovative enterprises presented their experience in implementing projects in the field of reengineering and prototyping.

Speakers from PetrSU spoke about reengineering projects, equipment and experience that can be used to solve problems of import substitution, equipment restoration and development of new products.

The round table was organized by the Regional Engineering Center of the Development Corporation of the Republic of Karelia with the support of experts from PetrSU.
