DFS and its organizations actively undertake Special Campaign 3.0 to dispose off pendency & improve cleanliness
The Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, and its organizations have commenced activities under Special Campaign 3.0 from 2nd October 2023, to minimize the pendency and to institutionalize Swachhata.
Union Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Bhagwat Kishanrao Karad, visited the Department of Financial Services on 5th October 2023 to review the progress of multiple initiatives being undertaken as part of ongoing Special Campaign 3.0. Dr. Karad also visited the record room of the DFS and instructed the officials to use the campaign period to manage records as per the existing procedures of record management.
More than 10,000 Public Grievances and Appeals in total will be disposed during the Campaign period. It is expected that organizations of DFS will undertake cleanliness campaigns at not less than 25,000 locations across the country. Various organizations have displayed banners on the types of activities that they are taking up during 2nd October to 31st October, 2023.
All the organizations of DFS are making social media posts about the campaign on various platforms on regular basis.
