Disaster Management preparedness program held at Budgam

Budgam: A day long awareness programme on Disaster Management Preparedness and Mental Health Issues was organized by Civil Defense/SDRF Budgam on 06th April-2021 at Civil Defense Conference Hall Budgam. The program was attended by Deputy Controller Civil Defense Budgam Manzoor Ahmad Dar as Chief Guest besides Government Teachers, Civil Defense Volunteers and scores of locals.

Deputy Chief Warden Malik Mohammad Akbar as main speaker for the program awarded the participants about the Disaster Management preparedness and its significance in averting any disaster which causes huge loss to life and property. On the occasion, various psychiatrists threw light on Mental Health and urged upon the participants to face challenges during Covid conditions with utmost strength, positive mindset and attitudinal approach.
