District Ramban to impart training to Aapda Mitras

Ramban: To impart training to the community volunteers in disaster response under National Disaster Management Authority, District administration Ramban is taking measures for training of Aapda Mitras in the district.

Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Mussarat Islam who is also Chairperson DDMA today notified ITI Ramban as a training institute for training Aapda Mitra Scheme by first week of April.

As per the order, the Commandant 2nd Bn SDRF & Civil Defence Jammu and In-charge SDRF component & Civil Defence, Ramban shall be the Coordinator and Instructor for the training programme, whereas Superintendent ITI and In-charge SDRF component & Civil Defence shall be responsible for imparting training.

All Tehsildars of the district have also been directed to furnish a list of 10-15 volunteers as per criteria of DMMR by tomorrow positively.
