DLCCSC Poonch clears 32 relief, compensation cases
Poonch: District Level Screening Cum Coordination Committee (DLCCSC) Poonch, which met here today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Rahul Yadav, cleared 32 militancy and cross- border shelling relief and compensation cases.
The meeting was attended by Senior Superintendent of Police, Ramesh Angral; ADC, Dr. Basharat Hussain; Chief Medical Officer, G.A Malik; Tehsildar Haveli, Anjum Bashir Khatak; District Child Development Project Officer, Jahangir Khan; District Social Welfare Officer, Shakeel Ahmed; Chief Account Officer besides other concerned officers.
As many as 04 cases of financial assistance under central scheme were placed before the committee out of which 03 were approved by the committee for financial assistance to the tune of Rs 15 lacs and 01 case was forwarded to the Chief Medical Officer for verification of the medical board certificate.
Similarly, 35 cases under Security Related Expenditure (SRE) were placed before the committee and 29 cases were approved to the tune of Rs 17.28 and 6 cases were sent to the concerned authorities for re-verification.
The Committee observed that most of the cases were either pending for want of minor formalities or rejected earlier for not meeting the codal formalities which the officials processed as per decisions of previous DLCCSC.
