DLSA Ganderbal held Refresher Training Programme for Panel Lawyers

GANDERBAL : As per plan of action and calendar of activities for the year 2022, the District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal conducted a one day Refresher Training Programme for Panel Lawyers, today at conference Hall District Court Complex Ganderbal.

The Programme was held under the guidance of Secretary District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal, Tabasum.

The Programme was spearheaded by Secretary DLSA who enunciated the “Role and Responsibilities of Legal Services Lawyers Do’s and Don’ts for a Panel Lawyer.” She said Panel Lawyers constitute one of the important pillars upon which the entire edifice of the legal services authorities.

She added that the responsibility upon Panel Lawyers to render competent and quality Legal Services and spread legal literacy effectively.

Also, she said panel lawyers are to reach the unreached and are required to deal with the disadvantages and sidelined sections of society and to work out resolutions through creative thinking while suggesting legal remedies to the beneficiaries.

The training programme was mostly interactive during which the Panel Lawyers discussed various aspects and raised queries which were satisfactorily settled by Secretary District Legal Services Authority Ganderbal.

The programme was attended by Panel lawyers of DLSA Ganderbal, TLSC Ganderbal and TLSC Kangan.
