DLSA Poonch hosts awareness prog on Women’s Rights

Poonch : An awareness programme was organized by District legal services authority Poonch authority to mark “International Women’s Day”.

The event was held under the guidance and direction of Madan Lal, Chairman District legal services authority Poonch and under the supervision of secretary DLSA Wajahat Hussain Kazmi.

This programme held at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Sheshmahal. Around 150 students and other staff members of the school participated in the event.

Advocate Bhanu Partap, the resource person, threw light on basic of Women Rights and legal protection against Violence.

The Principal of the host School and advocate Tahir Mehmood also spoke on the occasion.
