DLSA Reasi holds awareness program on International Literacy Day

REASI : Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Reasi today organized an awareness program for the common masses of the District to mark the observance of “International Literacy Day” under the theme (2022) “Transforming Literacy Learning Spaces”.

The event was held as per the Action Plan/Calendar for the month of September, 2022, issued by the J&K Legal Services Authority and also under the able guidance and supervision of Mr. R.N.Watal, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Reasi, here at Ramleela Ground, Talwara, Reasi.

Panel Advocates , Shalinder Bhardawaj, Gulshan Singh and Ajeet Singh Nag were the resource persons in the program.

The objective of organizing this awareness camp was to raise awareness about literacy and to encourage the creation of a more literate & sustainable society and also to ensure high quality, equitable & inclusive education for all. Besides this, Tehsil Legal Services Authority, Katra also celebrated International Literacy Day at Government High School, Katra.

In addition to this, the PLVs of the District Legal Services Authority, Reasi also celebrated International Literacy Day at their respective places in District Reasi.
