DLSA Reasi holds awareness program to observe World AIDS Day

REASI: Under able aegis of NALSA and as per the ACTION PLAN issued by JKLSA for the month of December, 2021 and also under the guidance and supervision of R.N. Watal, Chairman District Legal Services Authority, Reasi, District Legal Services Authority, Reasi today observed the World AIDS Day ON THE THEME(2021) ”End Inequalities : End AIDS” by organizing an Awareness program in collaboration with the Health Department, Reasi here at Govt. Degree College Reasi.

Dr. Usha Kiran, District Immunization Officer Reasi acted as a Resource Person in the program who deliberated upon the theme and importance of the Day.She also spoke on as to how this chronic disease of AIDS gets easily transmitted and what are its safeguards and preventive measures.

She urged upon all the participants to follow Covid Appropriate Behavior in its true sense in present times to curb the spread of THIRD VARIANT of Covid- 19 Pandemic.

Panel Advocate M.S.Mir acted as a Moderator of the program. The awareness program was attended by Panel Advocate Shalender Bhardwaj, the Faculty members and students of GDC Reasi S.

At the end of the program Panel Advocate Deepak Attri conveyed Vote of thanks to the participants.
