DLSA Reasi hosts awareness event to mark Int’l labour Day

REASI : As per the Action Plan issued by the J&K Legal Services Authority (JKLSA) for the month of May, 2022, District Legal Services Authority, Reasi under the guidance and supervision of R.N.Watal, DLSA Chairman, today organised an awareness program for the workers of RAHI INFRA PVT. LTD. Gram More to mark the observance of “International labour Day.”

Panel Advocates, M.S. Mir and Ajay Salalia were the resource persons. They spoke on different Labour Legislations and government Schemes available for the labourers.

Deep Kumar from the Department of Labour, Reasi addressed the gathering with respect to the benefits and schemes of the Labour Department for labourers. Om Kumar Mishra, Assistant Project Manager of RAHI INFRA PVT. LTD. Company was also present on this occasion. The program was attended by all the workers of RAHI INFRA PVT. LTD.

The objective of organizing this program was to recognize the hard work and achievements of the labour class and also to appreciate their contribution towards society.
