DLSA Reasi hosts webinar to celebrate United Nations Day

REASI : District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Reasi today celebrated United Nations Day under the theme (2021) “Recovering better for and equitable and sustainable world to mark the anniversary of the entry into force in 1945 of the United Nations Charter” by organizing a webinar in collaboration with Department of Education.

The event was held under the aegis of NALSA and JKLSA and also in compliance to the Action plan issued by JKLSA under PAN India Awareness and Outreach Campaign and under the direction and guidance and Supervision of DLSA Chairman, R.N.Watal.

Rajni Devi, Master High Secondary School (Boys) Reasi was the speaker on the occasion.

Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Secretary DLSA Reasi conducted the proceedings of the program which was attended by faculty members and students of different schools of the District.

Meanwhile, DLSA Reasi also conducted Door to Door awareness campaigns through PLVs and made the common masses aware about free legal aid services, Lok Adalats different Welfare Schemes of Central and UT Govt. etc.
