DLSA Samba holding Lokadalat on April 10

Samba: On the directions of National Legal Services Authority and in compliance to directions of the J&K Legal Services Authority, a National Lok Adalat is being held at District Court Complex, Samba on 10th April, 2021.

During the Lok Adalat, pending and pre-litigation cases including Bank Recovery matters, Labour Disputes, Electricity & Water Bills, Matrimonial, Civil, Criminal Cases of Compoundable nature, NI Act, Petty Offences, Land acquisition matters, MACT Cases and other related matters are being taken up for settlement.

Advocates, Litigants, Banks, Insurance Companies and General Public who are interested in getting their matters disposed of in an amicable manner, may furnish the details of their cases for its listing in the National Lok Adalat by or before 31st March, 2021.
