DM Pulwama appeals people to avail 108 (free) Ambulance Service during emergencies
Pulwama: District Administration, Pulwama, has urged people of District to avail the benefit of 108 Ambulance Service to ensure the delivery of public health care services to the patients at their doorsteps, by providing transportation to patients requiring urgrnt medical care.
District Magistrate, Pulwama, Dr Raghav Langer said that in view of Corona virus outbreak, 108 service has become essential for the people particularly living in far flung areas of the district for the transportation of patients, available at their doorsteps.
Earlier, Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu dedicated 102 and 108 Toll Free Ambulance Service in the UT of J&K to ensure the delivery of public health care services to the patients.
