Doda: Arrangements finalised for OMR based written examination for Class IV posts

Doda: Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda, Kishori Lal Sharma, today chaired a meeting to finalise the arrangements for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for Class IV posts being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board.

The meeting was attended by the ADC Bhaderwah, Programme Officer, ICDS Doda, SDM Assar, SDM Gandoh, Chief Education officer Doda, DIO Doda, and head of the institutions designated as examination centres for the said examination.

It was informed that the examination shall be held on Feb 27th, Feb 28th and March 01, 2021 from 12 noon to 2 pm at 28 examination centers.

It was decided that required invigilators i.e one invigilator on every 24 students will be engaged, besides deployment of Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and supervisors.

Moreover, the Information Department was asked to provide a list of private videographers who shall be engaged for video coverage of each examination center.

The Education Department was directed to provide a list of required number of teachers for deployment as invigilators after due randomization.

The Assistant Regional Transport Officer was directed by ADC to provide vehicles for ferrying examination papers from the strong room to the examination center.

PO, ICDS was asked to provide the list of Anganwadi workers centre wise for proper frisking of female candidates.
