Dr. Ashok Chitkara, Chancellor, Chitkara University released book titled “The Discrete Mathematics”

Chandigrah: Book titled “The Discrete Mathematics” authored by Faculty of Department of Mathematics Chitkara University (H.P.) was released by Dr. Ashok Chitkara, Chancellor, Chitkara University. The book is a publication of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh and caters to the academic requirements of the students of BE (Bachelor’s of Engineering). The book has thoroughly covered all the concepts of Discrete Mathematics with relevant examples to provide better learning to the readers. The authors have attempted to present the academic concepts in an easy way so that the students will be able to understand and retain them for long.

On this occasion, Dr.Ashok Chitkara congratulated the young faculty members for achieving this brilliant academic excellence. He remarked that good teachers are those who emphasis more on learning and dissemination of knowledge. Writing a book on specific subject proves the credential of Faculty member. The release function was attended by Dr. Rajnish Sharma, Dean Academics, CSOET. He congratulated faculty of department of Mathematics for this achievement and said that the release of this book in the field of mathematics will prove very beneficial for the students.
