Dr. Dar Receives DG Appreciation Award

Aligarh : Lieutenant Dr. Farooq Ahmad Dar, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Unani Medicine, was honored with the DG Appreciation Award at a ceremony held at the JN Medical College Auditorium, AMU. This prestigious award is bestowed upon officers for their exemplary performance and contributions to the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Lt. Dr. Dar received this accolade for his outstanding performance at OTA Kamptee Nagpur, where he secured first place in the order of merit during a recent training course. The award was presented by the Director General of NCC, Lt. Gen Gurbirpal Singh, PVSM, AVSM, VSM, who was visiting Aligarh for the first time to address the cadets.

The event was attended by several distinguished guests, including high-ranking army officers, NCC officers, and cadets from various colleges of the Aligarh Group.
