DSEJ’s First of its Kind Literary Workshop concludes
Jammu: The first of its kind 15 day long online literary workshop- organized by Directorate of School Education Jammu, to improve the writing skills of students, teachers, Masters and Lecturers in Hindi, Dogri, Urdu and Gojri languages today concluded with a webinar marking the concluding ceremony. Director School Education Jammu, Anuradha Gupta, was the chief guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Anuradha Gupta congratulated the cultural cell members and the participants for being part of a path breaking initiative. She said that it gave her a sense of satisfaction and contentment to see initiatives such as this one being organized at the Directorate level, touching the lives of many through honest efforts.
Earlier, Incharge Cultural Cell, Surjeet Singh, said this workshop was first of its kind to be held anywhere in the world for students and teaching staff. He further divulged that many other states have contacted the Directorate Cultural Cell with a desire to hold similar workshops in their respective states as well.
The webinar was coordinated by Monika Khosla, while the formal vote of thanks was presented by Bahrat Bhushan, chief coordinator of the online workshop. Deepak Sharma, provided the technical assistance for the event.
