Durham University Business School ranked in UK Top 10 for Masters in Finance programme
New Delhi: Durham University Business School has been ranked as one of the UK’s top 10 institutions for its pre-experience Masters in Finance programme, by the Financial Times.
The annual ranking places the School 9th in the UK, and at 51st globally.
The programme, which has a partnership status with the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA), has been specifically designed to equip students with the necessary knowledge, business experience and technical skills to build a successful career in modern finance sector.
Outside of compulsory modules in Financial Theory, Econometrics, Modelling and Forecasting, students have the opportunity to tailor their studies to their career aspirations by selecting up to four additional elective modules. Classes are taught by both the School’s faculty and leading industry experts, keeping learning closely tied to current business practice.

In addition to classroom-based studies, students can participate in international study tours to key European financial hubs, work on business projects under guidance from faculty and industry leaders, and compete in the programme’s annual Trading Challenge.
