DYS&S dept. organises football tournament at Kakapora

PULWAMA : The Department of Youth Services and Sports zone Kakapora successfully organized a Football tournament for open age groups for local youth.

As many as 16 teams participated in the four day long tournament played at five different venues viz. Parigam, Khadermoh, Hanjipora, Dougham and Sethergund.

The final match was played between Hunipora and Parigam at Sethergund in which Hunipora defeated Parigam by 2:0.

The winning team and the runner up teams were awarded with trophies and individual medals.

The Zonal Physical Education Officer Kakapora thanked the participants and officials for conducting the tournament successfully.
