Educational Initiatives appoints ex-Hush Co-Founder Umesh Joshi as its Chief Product &Technology Officer
New Delhi: Educational Initiatives (EI), India’s leading edtech company, today announced the appointment of Umesh Joshi as its Chief Product & Technology Officer.
As part of the senior management team of Educational Initiatives, Umesh will be responsible for delivering high quality products that support EI’s business goals, which involves product management, product development, product delivery and product impact chain. An alumni of IIT-Kanpur, Umesh has in-depth knowledge and expertise in cloud- based solution and data security.
Prior to joining Educational Initiatives, Umesh was the Chief Technology Officer at Hush. He co-founded Hush and VoyageUp. Before venturing into the start-up business, Umesh’s experience of more than 20 years spanned diverse roles in product development, product management and software development in organisations like VMware, Yahoo, McAfee, Talisma Corporation, Aditi Technologies and Mahindra British Telecom.
