Ekaterina Kvartalnaya, a student of PetrSU, won the right to participate in the finals of the All-Russian Taekwondo Youth Spartakiad.
A taekwondo player from Petrozavodsk took part in the competitions of the North-West Federal District among juniors under 21 and the II stage of the WTF Taekwondo Spartakiad Youth, which were held in Kaliningrad. The result of participation is a gold medal.

The first place in the weight category of 57 kg was taken by a student of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Yekaterina Kvartalnaya, the athlete is training Ilya Suslov.

According to the Taekwondo Federation of Karelia, the winner of the medal received a ticket to the finals of the Youth Spartakiad, which will be held in Kazan in summer.
