Emerging Femtech platform Say Cheese launches AcceleratHER – an accelerator program exclusively for women
New Delhi: Say Cheese, an emerging femtech platform focused on personal growth of aspiring women has launched AcceleratHER, a cohort-based learning accelerator program for women under the mentorship of successful women leaders.
AcceleratHER is a flagship program offered by Say Cheese to enable women to supercharge their careers, improve capabilities, increase employability and learn the skills needed for their personal development. The 4-12 weeks program is based on the principles of neuroscience and psychology to be more effective and result-oriented. The varied modules of the program include Introduction to emerging technologies, Stakeholder management, Effective leadership, Building high performing teams, Personal branding, Experiential labs for gamified learning experience on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging and Networking.
Rajpreet Kaur, Founder & CEO, SayCheese, said, “Women constitute 48% of the workforce at the entry level. However, this figure shrinks to a mere 20% at senior management level. Say Cheese’s accelerator program covers various aspects for women who might have pulled out of the workforce at mid-level due to various reasons but want to rejoin the corporate world. The program is unique since it is based on the principles of neuroscience & psychology and work on psychological and behavioral aspects, in addition to skill and learning aspects.”
Unlike regular corporate accelerator programs which are run by organisations for their own employees, women can enroll for AcceleratHER without any organisation affiliation. Accelerator programs are generally offered to select women employees who show potential to excel at the workplace. However, AcceleratHER is available for women joining the workforce even at the entry-level/ mid-level. The Cohort-based structure of the program also allows for better collaboration, networking, peer support and chances of completion.
Say Cheese (https://www.saycheese.life/) recently also announced the launch of its hi-tech, personalised app for aspiring women offering holistic and action-oriented interventions for their personal growth. The audio-visual app, launched on Jan 1, 2022 is available on Android and iOS. The technology will leverage AI (Artificial Intelligence) to continuously improve the user experience, for faster connection with mentors, discovery of other members with similar priorities and preferences.
