Eminent academicians from ISB Hyderabad and IIM Nagpur to discuss ‘leadership and change management’

They will be part of the panel discussion at the SHRM India Annual Conference in 2023

 

Hyderabad : Prof. Madan Pillutla, Dean and Professor of Organizational Behavior, Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, and Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, Director, IIM Nagpur, will be the key speakers at the SHRM India Annual Conference 2023. The biggest ever HR conference is scheduled to be held in New Delhi from October 12–13 at the Hotel Taj Palace. The eminent academicians will be part of the panel discussion on “Leadership Amid Change: Building Organizational Resilience from the Inside Out”.

The theme of the panel discussion will revolve around ‘leadership and change management’ considering how drastically the world has changed both professionally and individually, forcing the workplace eco system to change in turn in terms of how people live, work, and socialize. Change is a constant phenomenon, and it is leadership that can assist employees who are struggling, provide them with tools, develop teams, and maximize employee performance. This discussion will be important for present-day HR leaders to attend, gain knowledgeable insights, and be able to successfully lead and build collaboration while navigating a culture of change.

Expected to be one of the largest gatherings of the HR fraternity, the SHRM India Annual Conference will witness the participation of over 4,500 HR professionals and 900+ CXOs, who will be attending more than 70 knowledge sessions and over 15 learning hours. More than 150 global speakers will share their expertise and insights on numerous topics.
