EmpowerHER: Masai School Collaborates with Korea Social Investment Foundation

Masai School, is pleased to announce their collaboration with Korea Social Investment Foundation powered by AVPN to create a platform dedicated to empowering women by enhancing their technical skills. The program is shaped with the intent to support and amplify opportunities for women to enhance significant career growth. The scheme will cater to a diverse group of women, including those who are seeking to launch or relaunch their careers and those who aim to evolve seamlessly into tech-oriented roles.

The scheme is meticulously structured to address women at different stages of their careers to offer specialized cohorts for each stage. It is structured into three categories: for recent graduates, the focus will be on overcoming their skill gaps and navigating them into the workforce, for career relaunchers the course focuses on building bridges for fluid progression in the tech industry amid personal life transitions and, for the tech transitioners the initiative introduces them to the current trends and the scenario of the field. Additionally, the course aims to guide experienced non-tech professionals to establish a technical background to enter into the tech field.

While speaking about the collaboration, Prateek Shukla, Co-founder and CEO of Masai School, said, “We are delighted to join hands with Korea Social Investment Foundation. Through this collaboration, we aim to reach out to women who are trying to pave their way to the tech field.
