Energy Day 2020 in PetrSU

The IV annual scientific and technical seminar dedicated to the Power Engineer’s Day and the 100th anniversary of the State Plan for the Electrification of Russia was held at PetrSU.
This year the annual scientific and technical seminar dedicated to the Power Engineer’s Day and the 100th anniversary of the State Plan for the Electrification of Russia was held for the fourth time. The seminar is a platform for informal communication between representatives of the energy community and students of energy training areas of Petrozavodsk State University. The main goal of the seminar is to motivate students to active research activities and broaden their horizons regarding the trajectory of further personal development through communication with the future employer and production workers.

The event turned out to be very interesting and attracted many participants. Among them were representatives from the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services and Energy of the Republic of Karelia, leading enterprises of the energy industry, as well as students of energy training areas. In total, 140 participants gathered at the site.
