Events held to mark the breastfeeding week

ALIGARH  : The undergraduate students and faculty members at the Department of Home Science, Aligarh Muslim University enthusiastically participated in slogan writing and chart making activities organized by the department to mark the breastfeeding week.

Professor Farazana Alim, Chairperson, Department of Home Science, said that a group discussion was also organized by students and teachers, underlining the theme, “Breastfeeding is the best feeding”, to highlight various aspects of the occasion and lay emphasis on the importance of breastfeeding.

Dr Mariyam Fatima and Dr Iram Aslam played a key role in organizing the events.
