eVidyaloka Celebrates Partners at ROSHNI 2024, Reinforces Commitment to Rural Education
Bengaluru : eVidyaloka, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing education for children in rural India, proudly concluded its annual National Partner Summit, ROSHNI 2024, in Bengaluru. This significant two-day event united over 56 field coordinators and representatives from more than 40 partner NGOs from 14 states to celebrate their invaluable contributions and reinforce their collective mission.
ROSHNI 2024, themed “Celebrating the Champions of Change,” served as a testament to the profound impact of eVidyaloka’s partners in transforming rural education. The summit provided a crucial platform for sharing best practices, strengthening alliances, and fostering collaboration to further enhance educational outcomes for underserved communities.
The keynote address by Shri Mangesh Wange, CEO of Swades Foundation, emphasized the critical role of community ownership in driving sustainable development. His discussion on the ‘4E’ formula – Engage, Empower, Execute, and Exit – offered valuable insights into achieving comprehensive community transformation.
The event also featured a workshop led by leadership coach Shri Vinay Patil, Founder of Skillfix, who shared practical strategies on effective leadership and team building. Attendees exchanged stories of exemplary students achieving excellence and community transformations from their field locations that highlighted the positive impact of eVidyaloka’s programs on rural children. The summit’s engaging discussions covered key topics such as community empowerment for sustainability, nurturing community leaders, technology integration, and risk mitigation.

The summit also celebrated four NGO partners who completed a decade of collaboration with eVidyaloka and recognized 10 exemplary field coordinators for their five years of dedicated service, acknowledging their pivotal role in driving educational change.
