FICCI FLO UTTRAKHAND ORGANIZE SEMINAR ‘ HOW TO DRAFT YOUR WILL’
Dehradun: FICCI Flo Uttarakhand Chapter organized an event on ‘How to draft your Will’ at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Dehradun. The event emphasised on timely planning of the wealth transfer so that there is no trouble for our loved ones when we aren’t there. At the end of the session, the participants were made to create their Own Will. The session was given by Master Trainer of American Academy of Finance, Deepak Jain and Ruchi Jain, Treasurer, FICCI FLO Uttarakhand Chapter was the day chair of the session.
Estate planning is the process of determining what will happen to your assets when you pass away or become incapacitated. Good estate planning ensures that your assets are appropriately distributed as per your wishes and desires and that your loved ones will continue to be taken care of in the event something happens to you. When planning your estate, you can use tools such as a will, setting up trusts, establishing power of attorney, and other special tools.
According to Dr. Neha Sharma, Chairperson FICCI FLO Uttarakhand Chapter, “We wanted to enlighten our members on the importance of drafting the will and what all nitty gritties are involved. So, this session was the need of the hour to make our members aware on the topic. We are glad to know that Mr.Deepak Jain draft the will of specially abled free of cost.”
Commenting on the occasion, Speaker Deepak Jain, Director Nexgen Estate Planning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. said, “It is a privilege to discuss the importance of timely planning of Will with the FICCI FLO family. I have emphasised the 4 essential documents that all adults should have to plan their wealth transfer. I also showcased the need to create a ‘Will’ and important elements of a ‘Will’ ”

The event was attended by 200 people.
