FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) opens its ‘She can center of excellence’ in Noida to promote skill development and provide a network of support to women entrepreneurs

New Delhi: FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) an Apex body of business women in the country opened its first ‘She can center of Excellence’ in Noida to promote skill development and provide network of support to entrepreneurs in various sectors .

 

“ ‘She can center of excellence ‘ set up in collaboration with Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) is a dedicated space for fostering knowledge, skills, mentorship, and holistic development. Education is the cornerstone upon which a brighter, more equitable future is built. This center has been set up with an aim to provide not just knowledge, but also a platform for skills enhancement, mentorship, and holistic development, enabling women to carve their paths with confidence and determination.” Said Ms Sudha Shivkumar, National president, FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) while inaugurating the center.

 

 

“This centre having facility for 400 students including residential facility and offers Five courses of various skills including social media , digital marketing , AI , marketing and sales . it embarks on a journey that transcends all barriers, and opens doors to a future where every woman can manifest her dreams. It is a celebration of possibilities, potential, and the incredible strength that resides within each woman. This will focus on building a network of support and providing knowledge and skill education to budding women entrepreneurs in region and an access to the FICCI FLO pan India network of women entrepreneurs.” Said Ms Shivkumar .

 

“It is the beacon that lights the path of progress and the key to unlocking the vast reservoirs of potential within each individual. In a world where possibilities are boundless, it is essential to equip women with the tools they need to thrive.

From skill enhancement programs to mentorship initiatives, this center is designed to empower women at every stage of their journey.” Said Ms Shivkumar .

 

“By FLO and YFLO jointly opening this center it will be a symbol of our collective commitment to change as it will inspire courage, resilience, and the unwavering belief that, indeed, she (women) can. She can lead. She can innovate. She can transform communities. She can shape industries. She can redefine success on her terms.” Said Ms Divya Jain, Chairperson, YFLO, Delhi Speaking ion the occasion.

 

“Our commitment fuels the momentum, and together, we will continue to create spaces where every woman can thrive. This center will get the ball rolling for women entrepreneurs in the region and will bring about positive social change and impact in the region.” Ms Jain said .
