Fidelity Investments India launches seventh edition of ‘Resume’, a career ‘returnship’ program for women

Bengaluru – Fidelity Investments India has announced the 2023 edition of Resume, its flagship program that provides women on a mid-career break an opportunity to re-enter the workforce. The program seeks to tap into this vast pool of prospective talent thereby contributing to the organization’s diversity and promoting its high-performance culture.

Through the six-month program, candidates are provided mentorship and learning opportunities and integrated into project teams. The program offers them internship opportunities across grades and business functions, including operations, technology, analytics, and the business-enabling groups. Participants get to work on live business projects and learn from functional experts. They also get opportunities to leverage the firm’s extensive learning resources and participate in community impact and employee engagement programs, enhancing their readiness towards final selection as full-time employees. During the program, the interns receive pay and benefits equivalent to that of full-time employees.

· The organization provides candidates specially curated learning and development levers based on their specific needs and role requirements

Speaking on the launch of the Resume 2023 edition, Seema Unni, Head – HR, and Regional Leader, Fidelity Investments India, said, “Resume is one of our critical flagship programs that has contributed immensely towards enhancing the diversity of thought and perspectives in our organization.
