Congratulating the budding managers, Mrs Radhika Srivastava, Executive Director of FIIB, said, “The 27th Annual Convocation Ceremony honours a significant milestone for FIIB as we continue to build on our legacy of excellence in management education. We believe in nurturing professionals who possess strong managerial skills and incorporate ethical values and social responsibility. FIIB has also demonstrated an unparalleled commitment towards promoting employability and assuring the career readiness of its students. The latest FIIB employability report, which underlines the achievements of the 2023 batch, has revealed a remarkable milestone of 100 per cent placements.
This echoes the institute’s persistent efforts to furnish its students with industry-relevant education and groom them into highly skilled professionals. Furthermore, the premier management institute has always been at the forefront of organising thought-provoking conferences and strategic events for substantial student exposure and networking opportunities.
The recently organised Responsibility Summit and FRC conference by FIIB served as ground-breaking platforms in designing innovative strategies for sustainable development and roadmaps to bolster work productivity.
