Filling of NHM posts: District Health Society Ramban reviews arrangements for written test

Ramban : Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam, who is also the Chairman of District Health Society, convened a meeting of concerned officers to discuss the arrangements for conducting written test for the various posts advertised by the Health Department under NHM.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mohammad Fareed Bhat; DPO, Sunil Bhutyal; Executive Engineers PWD, JPDCL and Jal Shakti, Dy. CMO, Medical Superintendent DH, and other concerned members were present in the meeting.
Threadbare discussion was held about the notified eligibility criteria for various advertised posts; recruitment rules like written test, and viva voce etc.
It was decided in the meeting that the written test shall be organized at Government Higher Secondary school, Ramban on March 7. A formal notification shall also be issued for information of candidates who have submitted their applications to the Health Department.
In order to ensure smooth conduct of the written test, the Deputy Commissioner constituted a Committee, headed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, who shall be assisted by ACR and Dy. CMO as observers. He also constituted some other committees like answer sheets evaluation and management Committees.
The Chief Education Officer was directed to provide examination halls and other logistic support to the Health Department for smooth conduct of the written test.
Earlier, the CMO informed the meeting that the written test would be held for the advertised posts under different categories including Junior Staff Nurse, Pharmacists, Councilors, Lab Assistant and Dental Technician.
