Filmsaaz-An International Festival will start from 24th Feb at AMU

Aligarh: Filmsaaz- an International film festival, one of the most awaited events of University Film Club of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will be held here from the 24th of February to the 27th, 2019

The preparations for its 12th edition started as the students of the university joined hands-together to be a part of this festival, celebrating the art that is film making and storytelling.

The club has divided the members and volunteers into different teams, as per their skills and interests.

The decoration team could be seen working on the grounds of Cultural Education Centre (CEC) and in the smart classroom, labouring from the morning to the evening, making sure that the visitors come to an environment worthy of the international film festival.

At the same time, the Public Relations team of the event could be seen informing the public about the event on every social media platform.

Not only does this event cater to the film lovers, but it also celebrates good food and there would be a special attraction of gaming zone which would serve as a great break in between the films.

The event would be graced by the presence of famous film stars and singers of Bollywood.

From singers like Aarij Mirza, Udit Shandilya, Shahzan Mujeeb, to film stars and celebrities like Ali Fazal, Gopal Dutt, Jatin Sarna and Zeeshan Ayyub will.participatesin the event.

Under the guidance of the club secretary, S. M. Sarim Ali, and other senior members of the club, the club members are working day and night to make the event bigger and better than ever.
