Final Schedule for JEE Main and NEET Released; Check Details
National Testing Agency (NTA) has finally announced the dates for the schedule of competitive exams, NEET-UG and JEE-Main 2019. According to the sources, NEET will be conducted in pen and paper mode and in the same languages as conducted in 2018.
The agency gave a tentative schedule in July 2018 and said that both the examinations, NEET-UG and JEE-main will be conducted twice a year and the examinations will be computer based. However, the request from the ministry of health and family welfare, it was suggested that the medical entrance exam will continue to be an annual exam on pen and paper mode without any change in the pattern of examination.
JEE Main 2019: Final Schedule
Talking about the dates, JEE-main (January session) will be conducted from January 6 to 20, 2019. While, on the other hand, JEE-main (April session) will be conducted from April 6 to 20, 2019. JEE exam will provide admission to students in NITs, IIITs, and other renowned centrally funded institutions. However, this exam will be conducted in Computer based mode only.
The application of JEE will be released online. Now, candidates have to fill and submit the application form, which will be starting from 1st September 2018. The fee has to be submitted latest by 30th September. However, in case of any correction in the application form, then it can be done in the month of October 2018.
JEE Main admit card will be released on 17th December 2018. In addition, you will get also get JEE Main Slot Booking facility. Once the exam is successfully conducted, the answer key will be released within a week. The results and the cutoffs of JEE Main 1 will be announced on 31st January 2019. After the result announcement, the counselling of JEE Main 2019 will be started from the 3rd week of June 2019.
NEET 2019: Final Schedule
NEET-UG will be conducted on May 5, 2019 in pen and paper based mode, and it will be organized once in a year. NEET exam is the undergraduate level examination conducted for aspirants seeking admission to medical courses such as MBBS/BDS. The application form for NEET 2019 will be released from 1st November 2018. To submit the application form, the last date will be 30th November 2018. In case of any correction in the application form, it can be done in the month of December 2018. Candidates will get their admit cards from 15th April 2018.
Students can check the answer key within a week after the completion of the examination. NEET 2019 result will be released on 5th June 2019. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the counselling process which will be started in the second week of June 2019.
