FIVE students of Jamia Hamdard’s Residential Coaching Academy (JHRCA) cleared the (BPSC) 64th Combined Competitive Examinations
New Delhi: Five students who received coaching and training from the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Jamia Hamdard have cleared Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) 64th Combined Competitive Exam (CCE).
Congratulating the students for their achievement and wishing them success in life, Vice- Chancellor Prof. M.A Jafri asserted that despite the challenges faced due to Covid-19, we were able to get such good results with respect to the enrolment ratio. He added that “the remarkable success, which has come due to the collective and sustained efforts of teachers and students, continues to raise the standards of the teaching for competitive examinations across educational institutions mainly for UPSC and State Civil Services “.
The selected students include:
1.Gulam Sarwar (Block Minority Welfare Officer)
2-Md Tabish Hasan (Revenue Officer)
3- Mohd. Sabihul Hasan (Revenue Officer)
4- Rushda Rahiman (Section Officer, Bihar Legislative Assembly)
5. Shamma Parveen ( Revenue Officer)
The selected students will be placed as Revenue Officer, Commercial Tax Officer, District Audit Officer, Assistant Director Social Welfare Department etc. in Bihar.
Also, Seven candidates of Jamia Hamdard Residential Coaching Residential Academy have successfully cleared the UPSC civil services exam 2019, the result of which was declared last year.
Since its inception, RCA Jamia Hamdard has trained and coached more than a thousand candidates. Out of which more than 350 candidates have secured jobs in central and state services including UPSC and States Civil Services.
Jamia Hamdard has its own coaching academy named Residential Coaching Academy that is located inside the campus. It was established in September 2009 on the recommendation of the Sachar Committee Report to uplift and increase the proportion of candidates in Central and State services amongst Minorities, SCs, STs and women.
This academy provides free coaching to Civil Services exam aspirants. This facility is exclusively open for candidates belonging to minority, Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribe category. Women candidates are also eligible to avail of this opportunity for the preparation of the coved recruitment exam.
As a part of the university’s commitment to nation-building, the students are provided free accommodation, library facility, classroom teaching, practice sets, study materials, 24×7 library facility and Wi-Fi.
