Fliplearn announces India’s first Virtual Hackathon to foster innovative technology solutions in education
New Delhi: A first-ever virtual 24 hour Hackathon competition has been announced by leading e-learning platform-Fliplearn to help showcase technology prowess of students &Engineers and creativity with an aim to develop innovative solutions in the education domain.
The virtual event will take place on October 17th to 18th 2020 from 10 am onwards. On October 17th, 2020, all admitted teams will have 24 hours to build creative solutions to the problems through coding, programming, design, data etc. The goal of the event is to build the future of education using technology.
The competition is open for the students of Class 9th to 12th, engineering students and engineering professionals. To date, the ‘Hackathon 2020’ has received a great response from school & engineering students and professionals from across India.
Hackathon 2020 aims to provide an open platform for students to showcase their skills in technology to solve problems in education domain and to build a vision towards the future of learning.
‘Hackathon 2020’ is categorized into two categories. Category one includes students from class 9th to 12th and category two includes students and professionals from engineering. The winner from category one will be rewarded prizes worth INR 30K along with a certificate of appreciation, free prime subscription & Fliplearn goodies.
The winner from category two will be rewarded with prizes worth INR 30K along with a certificate of appreciation, Fliplearn goodies and an opportunity for a ‘Job Interview’ directly with Parul Jain, CTO, Fliplearn. Fliplearn will recognize the efforts of all the participants with a certificate of participation.
The Judges for the events are Ms Divya Lal, Founder and MD – Fliplearn, Mr Parul Jain, CTO- Fliplearn and Mr Sarat Chandra, Director – Doon Public School and Franchisee chain.
