FICCI ladies focus on pro active balanced, healthy living and holistic wellness to women
New Delhi : FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO ) an apex body of business women in the country along with its youth wing YFLO Delhi, and Sleepwell Foundation is organizing a day long conclave “Wellness Rules” with aim for proactive wellbeing of women on February 3, 2023.
“ The ‘Wellness Rules’ conclave to be inaugurated by Mr Anurag Thakur, Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting and Youth affairs and sports is being organised to be a significant forum for awareness, action and advocacy for transformative solutions to interlocking challenges, especially to bring holistic wellness to women.” Said Ms Jayanti Dalmia, National president, FICCI ladies Organisation .(FLO)
“:It is even more significant that the conclave is being held in year when India has taken up the prestigious Presidency of G20, 2023. The theme of India’s G20 Presidency “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or “One Earth · One Family · One Future” closely ties with the need to bring women’s wellness to the fore and influence the community within India and globally.” Ms Dalmia added .
“The Wellness Conclave will help us delve deeper into the concept of proactive wellness for and by women and the community. Over the course of the day, the conclave will encompass topics ranging from Ideas for Community Wellness, Holistic Wellness, and Wellness in Adversity and Art & Community Wellness .” she said .
“Proactive Community Wellness is not just about what each of us do as individuals, it is also about how, as a group of empowered and privileged women, we affect each other, and the impact that we can have together on the health of our community as wellness is a huge aspect of a women’s life. Distinguished speakers, leaders, practitioners, motivators and role models will speak at the conclave and will take up various aspects & issues related with Wellness.” Said Ms Gaytari Rai, chairperson, Young FLO, Delhi .
“Community wellness is an important topic that needs to be addressed by all of us . For all of us women, irrespective of our class, strata and urban luxurious living, the stakes are very high. Major highlight of the Wellness Conclave will be “wellness Lunch, the return of the Millet’ curated by Dr Avantika Krishna Killa .
