FRC 2023 leads the way in unlocking the potential of human-centric organizations

New Delhi : Incorporating the theme “Humanizing Businesses for a Better World-of-Work”, the prominent FRC 2023 conference witnessed the participation of a distinguished and seasoned group of professional experts from 27 nations to exchange effective business practices.

 

Reinforcing its commitment toward a better future, the 8th edition of the International FRC conference served as a benchmark in scale, participation, and knowledge-sharing.

 

The annual research conference is an unprecedented platform for designing proactive solutions and roadmaps to enhance work productivity in the post-pandemic era.

 

It poses profound yet open questions to the scholars who study and advise on management, as well as management practitioners who share ideas, exchange thoughts, and deliberate on various research insights to provide definitive, rational & pertinent outcomes collaboratively.

 

Under the aegis of the conference, a host of well-curated constituent events were successfully organized including- Research Clinic & Doctoral Consortium (RCDC),, Katastasi-Case Writing Competition, Research Grant Competition and main conference.

 

The main conference commenced with an introductory speech by Ms Radhika Shrivastava, Executive Director, FIIB, India who underlined the unique, diverse perspectives of the extraordinary minds in the workshop and the mission endorsed by FIIB to humanize business for a better world. recognised the eminent partnerships associated with the conference with esteemed organizations, including- Emerald Publishing, Drillbit, Refread, Birmingham City Business School, UK, Burgundy School of Business in France, IB University, Canada, and Common Time.

The 8th edition of FRC 2023 also featured research papers and perspectives under three centers – the Center for Behavioral Insights, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Technology, and the Center for Responsible Management, all of which covered an expansive range of topics, including artificial intelligence, digital currency, moonlighting, women entrepreneurs, and sustainability management.
