Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology’s Team Monolith Clinches Victory at Smart India Hackathon 2023
In a remarkable display of innovation and problem-solving prowess, Team Monolith from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) secured first place at the Smart India Hackathon-2023 held at Amity University.
Team Monolith received a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh along with a certificate of achievement for their remarkable performance. The victory has sparked celebrations across Galgotias College and University, creating an atmosphere of joy and pride among students, faculty, and staff.
Comprising six talented students from various branches of GCET, Team Monolith, under the leadership of Yuvraj Singh, a third-year student from the AIML branch, showcased exceptional skills during the intense competition.
Dr. Narendra Kumar, Dean Incubation, provided invaluable mentorship to Team Monolith, guiding them with expertise and fostering a collaborative and technically proficient approach. The team’s outstanding performance earned them the first position in the problem-solving competition, further solidifying Galgotias College’s standing as a hub of innovation and talent.
