GDC Nowshera hosts inter- collegiate online quiz

Nowshera: Government Degree College Nowshera organized an inter-collegiate online quiz competition for the students of 6th semester on environmental science on the topic “Environmental Hazards: Concepts and Management.
The online quiz was organized to aware the students about the occurrence of Disasters, both natural and man-made and their impact on human life, property and Environment as a whole.
The Students of various colleges participated in the event with great zeal and enthusiasm.
One participant scored 90 per cent marks, two acquired 85 per cent while one participant scored 80 per cent. The toppers were given E-certificates toppers. The event was organized by Anjna Sharma, Lecturer Environmental science with the support of Sajad Ahmad Dar(Asst. Lect).
The competition was organized under the able guidance and supervision of Dr. Surinder Kumar. Principal GDC. Nowshera. He also motivated and encouraged the faculty members to organize such more events for the benefit of the student community.
